We are now serving households twice per month

Bemidji Community Food Shelf is temporarily inviting customers to use the Food Shelf twice per month instead of just once. With recent visit numbers are down to less than half of normal, it is hoped that allowing two visits will give people great access to fresh foods, like produce. The two-visit model will last until further notice.

Anyone facing challenges with food purchases is welcome at the Food Shelf. The Food Shelf recently returned to pre-pandemic operations and customers are again shopping the aisles, with masks required. University and Technical College students are especially encouraged to come to the Food Shelf, as their parents’ income does not impact their eligibility when they are not living at home.

Come on Down!

Join us for Breakfast on the Farm!

We’re trying something new this year instead of the Harvest Ball, because we want you to come out to see our beautiful Farm and the amazing things we are doing to help our community be healthier. A big tent will be available so the event will be held rain or shine!
